Several yards of a very special 1974 cat and mouse print cotton is gathered into a tiered bubble skirt trimmed with handcrafted black cotton ribbon ending in bows. Interior netting adds volume. Back zipper closure in skirt. Fully lined in black cotton.

Composition: 100% cotton. Dry-cleaning is recommended.

Fits like a L or US 10 -12.
